Etiquette in the Workplace

    I would say that Crab #2 on this list is my Crab #1. I HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE YELL AT ME VIA EMAIL. (come to think of it, I don’t like being yelled at in person, either) The real issue is, I bet, that most people simply don’t realize that typing in all caps is not only harder to read, but can be very offensive as it is assumed that the typist is yelling.
