Don’t impose training on your staff, sell them on it.
Check out this great article on training- it’s about CRM training but applies to ANY training you conduct- you have to motivate your team to embrace the training, and you had better make sure it’s the correct training they need. If you forget to do either you are wasting time, money and employee morale.
